What changes against the men's
The pattern really is different, not just a smaller size: it's fitted, the armhole is narrower and the button placket usually sits on the other side. For a mixed uniform it's worth ordering both cuts of the same model and colour rather than forcing one pattern on everyone: a polo that doesn't fit stops being worn within a fortnight, and then the uniform stops existing.

- Can I order the same model in both cuts?
- Yes, and it's what we recommend for a team. Same model, same colour, each person in their own cut, and the logo embroidered identically on all of them.
- Where does the logo go?
- Left chest is standard. The women's cut has slightly less surface, so a very wide logo gets adjusted — we tell you before embroidering it.
- Does it survive daily washing?
- That's what it's for. Look at the collar before anything else: a cheap polo loses it after ten washes, and then it's no longer fit for working with the public.
