Which one to pick
Nearly all are one size with an adjustable closure at the back, so you don't have to ask anyone their size: it's the easiest item to order for a group. The five-panel has a flat front and is where a logo sits best; the trucker has a mesh back and is cooler for working outdoors.
How it's personalised
On a cap, embroidery is what lasts: the fabric is stretched and curved, and a large print eventually cracks where it bends. That's why front embroidery is the usual choice, with the logo adapted to the panel size. DTF is kept for flat areas and small designs.
Embroidery is quoted separately: the logo has to be digitised first, and that is a conversation. How embroidery works →
What people ask before ordering
- Can I order just one?
- Yes. What makes a single embroidered cap pricier isn't a minimum — there isn't one — but the setup embroidery needs, which is shared across the units in the order.
- Which logos work embroidered on a cap?
- Clean shapes and few colours. Gradients and lettering under half a centimetre don't embroider well; if your logo has them, we'll tell you how it would look before we do it.
- Can you embroider on the back or the side?
- Yes, and it's a good trick for a team: a small name on the side and the crest on the front.
- Are they suitable for children?
- The adjustable closure gives a lot of room, but an adult cap is too big for a small child. Ask us and we'll tell you which model fits.
